The Northern Insight

 

Since setting up SubPort we have been inundated with Subcontractors seeking our service. This has lead to us requiring a larger team covering all corners of the UK. We are very excited to have our North-East office in place with Dan Henderson and Russell Rack at the helm. With over 37 years of main contractor experience between them, our clients businesses really are in safe hands. The excellent work this dynamic duo has done so far has not gone unnoticed; they were asked to feature in an article in the Northern Insight Magazine. In the article they talk about the changes they have noticed in the industry as a result of Covid-19, their reason for launching a Quantity Surveyor Consultanacy in the North-East as well as enlightening readers on their career paths so far. This article highlights what a fantastic addition to the SubPort team Dan and Russell are. 

 

Here at SubPort we have a team of Quantity Surveyors who have all worked for main contractors in the same way that Dan and Russell have. This gives us the edge when representing Subcontractors against main contractors as we know exactly how main contractors work and where they can trip Subcontractors up along the way. We can therefore give our clients the advice and support they need to ensure they maintain a strong position contractually and remain profitable. 

 

We are very excited to see where Dan and Russell will steer the North-East team and wish them every success in continuing to grow as they support Subcontractors in their region.
